By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us permission to allow your minor dependents to use this site. 3. User Accounts & Wallet Security
When you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and secure wallet details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
Your digital FashionFlyer Wallet balance is promotional or deposited for convenient payments. Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash outside of store purchases, unless mandated by local consumer protection laws.
4. Product Descriptions, Pricing & Handcrafted Variations
We strive to display our leather goods, colors, and textures as accurately as possible. However, because our products are handcrafted from genuine, full-grain leather, minor variations in texture, grain patterns, stitching highlights, and color are natural characteristics of premium leather and should not be considered defects.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without liability.
5. Order Acceptance & Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may occur in the event of limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product details, pricing errors, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns with a valid reason must be filed or informed within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the item must be sent back within 7 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FashionFlyer, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of our services or products purchased through our store.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
