Are FashionFlyer products made of genuine leather?

Yes, all FashionFlyer leather goods—including our executive bifold wallets, classic dress belts, formal oxfords, messengers, and key holders—are crafted from 100% genuine, full-grain hides sourced from Europe and South America. Every piece is hand-selected and saddle-stitched by hand for superior aesthetics and long-term durability.

How does the complimentary personalization service work?

We provide free gold-embossed personalization (hot stamping) of initials on qualified accessories, such as wallets and key holders. You can arrange personalization by contacting our client advisor immediately after placing your order or visiting our flagship atelier boutique in Model Town, Bahawalpur.

What are your shipping rates and timelines?

We offer free courier delivery on all orders nationwide across Pakistan. Verified orders shipped to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) are delivered next day if verified before 3:00 PM. Delivery to other cities (including Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Quetta) takes between 2 to 3 business days.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept two payment methods online: Cash on Delivery (COD), where cash is handed to the courier representative at package receipt, and payment using your promotional digital **FashionFlyer VIP Wallet** balance directly at check-out. Wallet balances are active for registered customers.

What is the return and exchange window?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of order delivery. Items must be unused, in their original boxes and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Please note that personalized or hot-stamped items are final sales and cannot be returned unless an error was made by our atelier. For full terms, please view our Return Policy.

How do I track my active order?

You can track the progress of your order by clicking **Track Your Order** in the footer, which opens the My Account drawer. If you are signed in, go to the "Orders" tab to view real-time shipping milestones. Alternatively, you can contact our phone support advisors with your Order ID.
