At FashionFlyer, we stand behind the outstanding quality of our handcrafted leather creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a direct 30-day return or exchange window under the conditions detailed below.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may return or exchange products purchased through our store within 30 days from the date of package delivery. Requests initiated after this 30-day period will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
To qualify for a refund or product exchange, items must satisfy the following strict guidelines:
- The leather goods must be entirely unused, unworn, and in their original pristine condition.
- Products must be in their original packaging, including all protective boxes, cloth dust bags, luxury gift wrap overlays, and authenticity labels.
- The original printed transaction receipt or order invoice must be included in the return shipment.
3. Personalized & Custom Orders
Any items that have been customized with our hot stamping service (such as gold initials embossed on wallets or key holders) or tailored specifically to client specifications are considered final sale. These personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an structural defect or an error in personalization made by our atelier.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return or exchange an item, please follow this procedure:
- Contact our client advisors via email at fashionflyer2020@gmail.com or phone (+92 303 8485537) to register your return request.
- Securely wrap the item in its original box and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package via a registered, traceable courier service of your choice to our flagship boutique:
FashionFlyer Flagship Atelier, Model Town, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. - Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your return shipment, our quality control team will inspect the item. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (re-credited to your FashionFlyer VIP Wallet) or via direct bank transfer to details provided during verification. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
